hi everyone, i finally got a full refund for my computer,after being messed around by Medion for nearly 12 mths. From my experience i would not reccomend any medion computers to anyone. They have a poor helpline, and incompetent engineers, my computer had been back to their workshops 7 times and on 2 occasions it had been returned to me with serious damage to the casing, it seems like its been dropped, they replaced the casing, but the computer still freezes. I,m relieved it,s all over now. Thanks to everyone read replied.
