    How do you make vcds or svcds to play on the xbox?

    The first this that most likely needs to be done is to crack the xbox to get it to play backups. Then we can figure out how to get it to play vcds. It shouldn't be too hard since I hear it recognizes the mpeg1 format. U can keep a eye out for news on this on http://www.copyxbox.com . once its cracked and/or vcds are playing on it, it will be in their forums.
