    Hi Jorge,

Load your video file in VirtualDub by going 'File - Open Video File'.

Then scan it for errors using 'Video - Scan video stream for errors'.

If no errors are present, see if you can save the file to another filename.

    That should do it.

    Cheers!

What format is the audio? Gspot should have told you that. If it's a standard format like MP3, it should recognize it. If it's AC3, you might have to install AC3 ACM Decompressor.

But it sounds like it's corrupted. Try checking for errors like TaoTeWingChun mentioned.

What did G-Spot find for the audio stream?

It may be you don't have the proper audio codec.

Scan it with G-Spot and find out.

Ok, cool - so your audio is in MP3 format. I suggest you download the Lame MP3 codec, it's my favorite and it works in every configuration I've ever needed. Period.

With that codec installed, you shouldn't have any problems playing your video clip.

Go back to VDub and save that file to some other name once you've installed the Lame MP3 codec and you should be in business.

    Good Luck!

    Cheers!
