saving streaming flash video---if u please Newbie needs help

Hello all

if u please i need a serious help in recording the streaming flash video files .
many years i am interesting to see the last technology updates through zdnet.com ,cnet.com videos.

i was downloading it by wm recorder and rm recorder.

but it is now flash video :/ ,the above softwares cant`t download it.
it is a problem because although i have broad band internet the videos r not streaming smoothly at all.

because it is not cashing in the memory at all, the cashing is 0 , so it is burley streaming from the server

i thought to capture it by any screen capture program, but the problem the video it self is not streaming smoothly.

so if u please if any one have any solution for my that problem i will be very very thankful.

Ok , seen it ... your out of luck if you dont have adsl or a faster connection for it which is needed to record it using camstudio .

but it is not cashed at all ,i search before in the internet temp folder,and try many programs to catch the swf like Flash Movie Extractor, it is streaming video,the swf cashing in the temp is the animation swf not the streaming video.

yes indeed i try before so think decompiler to see if there is any impeded video in the swf or any link for "the flv "video in the action script . but no way to get ,so think is catching the video player which calling the video and streaming it, i decompile it trying to get the video path , but he is calling it by very difficult ways and variable to misleading us.

i am very sorry for that, actually all the site r going to be flash streaming video , i see site after site changing the real player and widows media player video to be flash ,
like www.techtv.com, www.zdnet.com, and much much more

i am very sad because the flash streaming technology is not permitting the video to be buffered on the ram even with 128kb ,to help the video to be played smoothly
it is using 0 cash memory so it is impossible to watch it smoothly(even when u have broad band internet). and i need any software perform the same function of wm recorder and rm recorder but for the flash video

i also try to download the site or the paper by download studio,and off line explorer pro but no way
