Lg DVD-Rom is a 16x but only rips in smartripper at 1.5 x and takes about an hour to rip DVD, ripping in both movie and files. all settings are same as a friend who has a 16x pioneer and his takes about 15 minutes. My Computer is an 1 GIG his is an 450 MHZ. Is it just the DVD-ROM ? Is there an update driver ? Or should I just swap it for the Pioneer?
Cheers
