    Hello,

    I recently downloaded and installed AutoGK 2.26 Full Package in order to convert "The Office US" DVD that I own into different episodes in *.avi format. However, for some reason, AutoGK keeps crashing whenever I try to load it up and giving me a error message saying:

    AutoGK.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience.
    What's going on? How can I fix this issue? Is there any alternative programs that can successfully convert my DVD into different episodes in DivX/Xvid format? Please let me know. Thanks.

    For more info about my current system configuration, see the "Computer Info" icon. Any help is appreciated.

    there are many progs to choose from. try looking at the xvid guides on the left.
