progress bar doesn't go to 100%

I just encoded one chapter from a VIDEO_TS Folder and realized that the progressbar while encoding didn't go up to 100%, it just went up to 2%
So for example if encoding 10 chapters of 20, encoding is finished at about 50% (because the 10 chapters are about 50% of the full movielength)
I mean its not bad, i was just curious if it's a bug...

When encoding from a certain framerate to another the progress bar may go higher or lower than 100% as well.. It's just the way it's been programmed.
