  1. I had an AVI file that I converted to MPG using TMPGenc DVD Source Creator .. Now the subtitles (SRT) of the original AVI file won't sync with the new MPG file .. Now to create the DVD how do I sync the subs? Maybe they are elongated now!

    Usually, it's because the frame rate got changed, because SRT uses timestamp format.

    K .. What do I do then?? Change the SRT subs to some other format?? using some app??

    What framerate was the AVI, and what framerate was the MPEG? Find out if my guess is right!

    Sure, that's one of the tools you can use. If I'm wrong, we'll try something else.

    Do the subs gradually lose more and more sync, or is the missync constant?

    You may be able to fix it with one of the sub editors in the tools section.

    I'm afraid it's the former... What app DO I need to use then??
