    hi!!! is there a title tool for mpeg2 files so i can create titles for some mpeg files

    I'm guessing you are asking about MPEG files that you aren't going to author to a DVD? For authored DVDs just about any authoring program would work for that.

    For just MPEGs you would create a title page in a graphic program and edit it into the beginning of the video for a specified amount of time. You should be able to do that with one of the editing programs in 'Tools'.

    EDIT: There are also templates available, mostly used for authoring programs. Look for 'Photoshop DVD menu templates' in Google and those should be good for backgrounds.

    At least that's two ways to answer the question.
