Is it possible to capture single frames from video and save these frames
for displaying on other forum web sites. If this can be done would some of
the membership please pass on their knowledge to me, As at present i,am
capturing single frames using my digital camera and the quality is just not
good enough. My capture device is Avermedia Dvd Ezmaker gold.

I can capture video okay using avermedia Dvd Ezmaker gold capture
device, but i cannot capture any single frames and save these frames to
be shown on another forum, or send them to any other medium.

Sooooo... - after you've captured the video what format is it in then?

Load it in PowerDVD and use the snapshot utility.
Or MediaPlayer Classic.
