  1. I can encode a CVCD movie fine, and it plays fine on my computer. But when I burn it and watch it on my DVD, there is an audio/video syncronization problem

Is this because my DVD is not cvcd compatible? Or have I done something wrong? I have a Pioneer DV 440

  3. Sounds like its incompatable with your DVD Player to me. Dont expect a very non-standard MPEG format to work in all or many DVD Players.

Solution, make standard compliant VCD's and burn to a 99min CDR.

  4. I have problems with Apex 600A too...well not synchronization problem but some crackles. sometimes the sound will be lost and come back/

I played the same cd on Apex 700 and it plays the cd fine. So should I assume that Apex 600 doesnt properly play CVCD?
