    Hello all..I'm converting video to my phone using "Super" and I have a quick question.
    Does having a greater sampling frequency increase quality??? I'm asking this because it doens't change the file size and I cannot detect any difference between 16,000 Hz and 24,000 Hz. Just wondering which is best to use and why.

    Generally: Wider range of frequency = better quality.
    Higher sampling frequency = wider range of frequency (Nyquist–Shannon sampling theorem).
    But you should have source file with wider range.
    If you have source with thin frequency range increasing it does no effect.
    If you use lossy compression you probably declare bitrate of destination stream. And converting it to higher sampling rate could not make expected effect because compression have to pack more data into the same stream.
    My opinion is: If you have good source (eg. 44,1kHz) try to compress it to at least 128kbit/s stream to get good effect.
