The error "Codec type mismatch for mapping #0.0 -> #0.0." seems to be a returning problem for new users. Maybe this can be avoided. Would it be possible for ffmpegX to detect this error, then automaticly set "Invert mapping" and try the encoding again? If implemented, it would add to the overall userfriendliness of this great app.
