    I am finding myself more and more being unable to assist people or direct their attention to certain solutions because they lack a complete or accurate profile detailing the computer specifications. I wish there was some way to prevent an account from being established without some bare minimum computer specs being posted by the person establishing the account.

    I can't even begin to count the amount of posts I've ended with "Please fill in your profile page for further assistance".
