How to Add Chapters to a DVD that was created fron VHS Tape

I created a DVD from my VHS tape using a DVD Recorder. The process worked find but I want to add chapters to go to specific spots on the DVD. I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0. I produced a DVD from it and it was ugly bad... Waste of money.. of I did something wrong..

I'm looking for a way to add chapters using the DVD I created using my recorder, it worked great to produce the DVD from VHS tape, I just want to add chapter and a Menu.

Can anyone help, I did a search on the form but didn't find anything on chapters.

You need to reauthor the dvd. You can use tda, add dvd video and select the video_ts on the dvd. Create menus and chapters. Author and Burn.

TDA worked to add chapters. I would like to change the names from chapter1, etc. to something more meaningful. Is there anything else that will add a little extra to the DVD. I can live with this don't get me wrong I would just like to make it a little better.
