Looking to replace a Toshiba SD-P1850

I'm looking for a competent and compatible replacement for this portable Divx DVD player. I'd like to find one with a slightly larger screen. The Toshiba has an 8" screen. The Toshiba also has a media card slot which I've found somewhat useful but wouldn't be necessary. I'm looking to replacing the Toshiba because I'd like to pass this one onto my kid and use the replacement as my portable.

Requirements:

- Divx Support (a must!)
- 9" or larger screen
- Battery operation
- Video/Audio Output(not particular about type)
- Widescreen Support
