Hi All, new to this board and had a question about the DVD player mentioned and my RCA TV.
I just got the DVD player from a friend and hooked it up to my TV and it worked fine the first day. The second day I was viewing some Jpeg's and had it on Zoom and walked away for about 10 minutes and came back and there were about 30 thin white lines across my TV screen.

The DVD has been disconnected and I still have the white lines on the TV and think that the DVD player has fried something in my TV.
There was NO warning in the Magnasonic Manual to not leave the DVD pic on Zoom (which locks in the pic) or to not leave it on Pause.
After doing some checking on Google, I found that leaving the DVD on Pause or Zoom can cause damage to a TV especially the widescreen TVs.

I unplugged my TV and then replugged to get it to reset programming but still have the lines.
Any ideas on what the problem could be with my TV would be appreciated, it's an RCA 1991 model that has worked great for yrs until the DVD experience.

Thanks
