    Will DVD Fab back up a Region 2 DVD? If not, how would you do this.

    DVD Fab doesn't care about the region, although your DVD Burner might might be region locked. You can run software such as AnyDVD in the background to avoid regions, or update the firmware in your burner to a region free version.
