Well if the files have been tested on another PC then the issue you seem to have has always been overheating for other users in the past.

49C sounds very low: is that when it is doing the main conversion?

Hey.. I'm getting this issue too, and it's not an over-heating problem. Is this something only a few of us are getting from the latest build?

    Thanks.

  11. Yes, I've recently started getting this error when starting up the program. The only way to get over it in my case is to unistall and reinstall. It will then be ok for a few uses and then it fails again with this error. I am getting the problem with both the latest version and the previous one.

I don't get it when I start.. I get it while I'm trying to convert a file.

Jonah42175: Indeed. Is it on all files or just one in particular? Does it happen in the same place?

Actually, it seems to be working fine with AVI files... I'm going to see if I can try it with the same files, only in AVI format.. The original files were .mpg, but they were in XSVCD format. It would go through the SDE patching phase just fine, but then ffmpeg would hang when it tried to convert the file.
