  1. hello all,
    i manage to create a nice DVD however i have a few problems
    which i cann't find answer in the forums.
    1) my DVD menu look cuted the down right corner of the screen menu
    is misiing but in know it's exist beacue i have buttons there which are working. anyone know why this happen?
    i used Tmpeg DVD author and by the way when i view the DVD in my computer it's look fine.
    2) when i view the video in my television (the whole video or chapter) every 20 second it's like freez and come back again .. it is very anoying
    it is impossible to watch a video like that.
    again when i view it in my computer (using powerDVD) it looks fine
    i used adobe premier pro1.5 to edit the video and tmpeg to compress it to mpeg2
    anyone have an idea why this happen?
    the dvd i created works fine in my pc but not in my DVD player- tv...

    Your first problem sounds like overscan. TVs cut off up to 5% of the video at the top and sides of the screen. A computer monitor shows it all. You want to avoid putting any buttons, etc., near the edges of the screen. Subtitles have this problem all the time. The amount not shown varies with the TV.

    The second problem with playing can be caused by several things. It might be your standalone player, try a different one. It might be the DVD media you are using, try a different brand. Or it could be something in the burning process that went wrong, or even a earlier problem in the creation of the DVD. But the first two items are the most common causes.
