    Hi there,

    I have a movie that has one mdf and mds file each. However, they are too big (5 GB) to burn to either VCD or DVD. What can I do? Is there a program that I can convert these formats to something else so i can spilt it into chapters?

    mount it as a virtual dvd drive with daemon tools and then dvd shrink it. you can add chapter with dvdremake or reauthor with tmpgenc dvd author, add dvd video.

    and try search for mdf mds....4934389 hits.
