  1. I'm trying to convert a video I made in Final Cut Pro. I export it in "final cut pro movie" (which if I understand right is a quicktime movie in dv video codec). Then I try to convert that file in ffmpeg with the VCD preset (I tried the two ones).
    I always get this error when muxing (I think it's the muxing part):
    **ERROR: [mplex] Too many frame drops -exiting

    It's weird because I already converted some of my video that way and it worked great. You can see that I' m really an amateur when it comes to converting and I don't understand much past the presets.

  2. Try to use the Mux tool to mux "as XVCD" the m1v and mp2 files which you should still have.
