problem with tmpeg dvd author

Hi i have a problem with tmpeg dvd author.When i go to add the dvd in the select title menu which pops up there is no title?

This is a pic of what happens.Any suggestions to get it working?

how did you make the dvd? or is it a commercial ripped dvd?

Ok that was weird it suddenly worked?Now once ive got past the title screen and selected this comes up

How do i open the dvd to get it to a mpg then?

pete,
you usually have to give for this option it a real dvd video file. I think if you give it the vob id of the piece that you want you will find the audio there as well.
That is open up the VIDEO-TS folder and select the VOB file that you want.
