  1. I have a movie split into two VCDs (bin/cue sets). The first bin file is 839.9 MB and Toast says it's too big to burn (The second bin file is 710.4 MB).

Can anyone suggest what my options might be?

    TIA

Extract an MPEG file out of your bin file, with a tool like VCDGear, vcdtoolsX or Gumby. Then use an MPEG cutter to cut the MPEG file at 795 MB (01:19:30) or so. Part one goes to disc one. Part two and the MPEG from the second disk image go to disc two. Toast will burn the MPEG files as VCD discs.
