    what free Program suggestion does everyone have for converting most other video file types to MP4 format?

    Batch processing is not so important.
    Control over pixel dimensions is a must.
    Audio control stream is a must.

    If no free ones are available, which is the next best w/o ANY limitations?

    or if you have mp4 video and audio compatible streams just mux to a mp4 with Yamb.
