    hi,

    Is there any free command line tool to join subtitles and adjust timings ?

    must accept command line because I want to use in another program

    Subrip has cli, a portion of it does manipulate text file subs, & the author seems friendly enough that might get a bit of help.

    Might also check SCCTools, & again talk to author. One cli prog. can handle timing now.

    yeah, I tried everything, and ended to write that code to Join Subtitles and recalculate timings

    my lucky was that the SPUMUX tool can recalculate timings when movie and subtitles FPSs are different
