using sync hole

this is a fairly simple question....i had some .avi's out of video/audio sync, so i downloaded Sync Hole. i figured out how to sync the audio with the video, but i haven't figured out how to save the adjusted document with all the adjusted content. The .avi i'm adjusting from is approx. 3 GB (used Handbrake to rip it from DVD). but the "in sync" video is only 2.2 MB!! can someone please help me with this. thanx.

i figured it out....

1) adjust timing in Sync Hole
2) "Save As..."
3) replace the adjusted video with the "Save As..."
4 run in QT
5) "Save As..." desired extension within QT

this will make the adjusted file another stand alone clip, then place in Toast (or whatever).

if anyone has any better suggestions, please let me know, but this sequence seemed to do the trick. MB
