When I play a video file on Windows Media Player, the background noises are much louder than the vocal noises. And when I convert the video for burning in TMPGenc, the same problem occurs.
The audio sounds fine when I play it on VLC player. How do I fix it on Windows Media Player, TMPGenc, etc.?
Thanks.

Oh, sorry.
The video is a Xvid Avi file. With AC3 audio. I downloaded this clip. -
AC3 filter allows you to play around with volume, DRC etc. Might be worth a look.
