I have a pioneer DVR-107D.
I have had problems ripping several DVDs recently. They appear to be gold DVDs. While they play fine in a DVD player as soon as I put them in my DVR-107D it tries to read them for several minutes with no joy.
If I go into "my computer" I either get the hourglass or the my DVR-107D drive is not showing.
It is only with these gold bottom DVDs that I have this problem.
I don't understand why the DVDs play fine in DVD/PS2 but cannot even read in my DVR-107D.
Any ideas?
** Drive was stuffed, brought a new Benq-DW1640 and it's all good.![]()
