How To Repair/fix Truncated Mp4 File?

I just try to download HDTV movie in mp4 format (2.5 Gb in total), but download was disconnect after i download 200mb!!! , so now i have 200 mb .mp4 file.
Does anybody knows any ideas how to fix/repair that file in order to play it in Nero Showtime CE, MPC...

ps: already try that file in MP4Box command line, and throw YAMB interface, but receiveing the error:
"Error opening file..
IsoMedia File is truncated"
Also trying to play with vlc, but no luck

Btw, the first bytes of file is:
00 00 00 1C 66 74 79 70 6D 70 34 31 00 00 00,
there 66 74 79 70 6D 70 34 31 means "ftypmp41" in character represent

IsoMedia makes me wonder if it isn't an ISO file, in which case you probably won't salvage anything. Usually if VLC can't play it, there isn't enough there to play.

I would try downloading again, but this time use a download accelerator that supports restarting.
