    what programs do i need to seperate the audio and video from a avi file and then join it back together then i need to change the bitrate of the audio to cbr from vbr...please help i have been having a nightmare putting multi avis on to dvd without them going out of sync , i have been told to try changing the bitrate to constant.....cheers

    Adobe Audition has a feature called extract audio to video. You can extract the audio, master it, save it, and then re-combine it with the video in Premiere......
