can anyone help every time i use svcd2dvd i get the this come up (effb2b24-83b4-42a-945b-1f9fab2483fa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close please tell microsoft about this problem but each time i am getting a different code) i would be grateful for any help as i am new to this
