    Hi all,

I'm new here and maybe my questions are off-topic. If so please apologize!
I bought a DVD Recorder last December and now want to import the vob-files, the recorder creates on the DVD+RW to my PC.
I have used Nero Vision Express to cut off frames and create menus. After the encoding process the final DVD had lost some quality in picture and sound. I'm not satisfied with it. I expected the same quality as on the original DVD-RW from the recorder.

Question: What program would you recommend to import vobs to PC, to edit, cut off frames, create menus and finally make lossless DVDs!
The quality should be like the original and not with "bad" and bigger pixels. It's so frustrating to see such a result after hours of encoding.

Many thanks for all your help, much appreciated.

    1. Copy the VOB files to your hard disk.
    2. Use MPEG Video Wizard to edit the VOB files and stream to a new MPEG2 files(RED button at lower right hand corner).
    3. Author the DVD with TDA or DVDLab or DVDLab Pro(I use this.)
