    When I tried to load a file I get the error message, "Only handle [S_TEXT/] subs for the moment." Am I missing a codec or what?

    As the popup states when you first run VDubMod; its mkv support is out of date. It simply can't handle VOBSubs. Not tried to load such a file myself, but presumably it still lets you do othe stuff with the file? Just not extract the subs.
