Hey guys, I got it It's really quite simple. For all of you who have virtualdubmod, open the ogm file, then open the steam list and demux the audio stream. Then convert it to mp3 with whatever audio converter you like (I use winamp's nullsoft diskwriter output plugin). When that's done, go back to vdm's stream list and add the mp3 as a new stream, then disable the old ogg stream. Now set the video mode to direct stream copy and save as an avi. Viola. Works just fine for me
    -Avi
    -Insert Audio and Subtitle streams
    -Direct Stream Copy
    -Save as avi

Works perfect, video is the same, great, audio is perfect.

But, Subtitle is not working (showing).

Also If add another audio (yes it's in .mp2) will in the dvd player, can one also choose this audio?
Instead of the second audio playing at the same time as the first audio??

extract the subs. name it like video.srt and video.avi and your standalone dvd player may support it.

or convert with permanent subs using textsub, reencoding is required.

    or make xsubs.

Not many (any?) players supports subtitle streams in AVI container. Most AVI players support one video and one audio stream, that's it. It's totally player dependent.

Yeah, keep the SRT separate, though you COULD mix it in any way, in case you ran into something that actually supports it.
