  1. I have been using the program for a while now and for some reason is messed up.

I convert my videos from avi using winavi to a dvd folders.

Use the vts files in dvd lab as the video and audio streams.

Some reason when i compile the dvd the menus are all correct but when i click on the links to start the video nothing happens.

  2. Do the menus work in DVD Lab Pro?

Did you creat menus in Photoshop and imported them to DVD Lab Pro?

I had a problem with menu created in Photoshop not working in the DVD Lab Pro, but working in the Adobe Encore. If you the answer is yes to both questions above, then you should recreate the menus in DVD Lab Pro.

  4. in that case are you sure that VTS files are acceptable in the DVDLab Pro. I always use the m2v and wave or ac3 files.

  5. I have used them in the past.

Any other good programs to convert avi besides winavi?

  6. Typically, if I am working on a DVD, I generally use TMPEG (also tried Canopus Pro Coder, and although the quality does come out alot better, the conversion is painfully slow in comparison!) and create a DVD Compliant MPEG 2 with separate audio & Video.

    Hope that helps!

Pretty much everything that requires thought and effort is much better than WinAVI. Even DivxtoDVD is better than WinAVI (and it's free).

When you imported the WinAVI output into DVD Lab Pro, did you demux it ?

How did you link it ?
    Read my blog here.

  8. I didnt demux it as i normally do.

Linked by right click on the text in the menu screen in dvd lab and selecting the vido
