I figured this questioned has had to have been asked before but I could not find any anwers so here goes.
When you open up a DVD w/ Shrink, CloneDVD, DVD-RB, DVDXCopy, whatever encoding/transcoding program that tickles your fancy may be, it will list DD 5.1 as AC3/6. 6 being the number of channels, right? Well, every single time I open a DVD with DTS 6.1 audio, it is always listed in those mentioned progs as DTS/5. Instead of 7 channels, or heck even 6, it always lists 5. What gives? Am I getting all the channels of the DTS track on my back-up or what?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Not sure why DTS is listed like that but none of those programs ever decompress the audio so there's no way you could lose any of the channels.
