I want to buy a new dvd player, It doesn't need to be a burner but it can be, but what I really need is a dvd player that's region free and also has a dvr/tivo, can anyone help me and tell me what I can buy?

I would also if possible like to be able to play divx or vcds but that's not as important as the rest.
