  2. It is that easy..as long as you burn in the UDF/ISSO 9660 bridge mode..keep in mind, that this only works on DVD less than 4.3 GB, anything else you will have to cut extras out or reencode the movie..

O and NO NEED FOR ALL CAPS!!!!..its considered screaming.

  3. Thanks kdiddy, the movie was less than 4.3 gig. You noted (Encode?) Must i encode it ? I took the vobs, ifos, and others after ripping and went directly to nero where i used the udf/iso bridge . If i must encode what are the settings and format that i am supposed to use?? Would appreciate any help. PS Thanks for letting me know about the caps. didnt know that.

  4. you will only need to reencode if the movie & extras is over 4.3 GB....if not, just rip & burn....reencoding is a WHOLE different issue that isnt even worth the trouble, easier to just buy the DVD

  6. The files you ripped must be in a folder called VIDEO_TS and there must also be a AUDIO_TS folder which is empty. This has worked with all the DVDs Ive burned so far

  7. Are there any how to's for the PioneerDVR-A03. I see a lot of stuff about ripping to CDR/W (VCD/XVCD/SVCD). How about simple copying to DVD-R(W) disks - or isn't this that simple either. I've successfully burned VCD's and XVCD's. I'm looking to jump to DVD-RW. Do we have how to's? Does the software that comes with the DVR-A03 do this for you? Does it come with software.
