    I use Adobe Premier Pro to edit my movie clips..
    But I think Premier doesnt export movie to VOB file for DVD.
    Does anyone know..whats software like Adobe Premier, but..
    -Can create DVD menu
    -And can export movie to VOB file (VIDEO_TS folder)..?

    you need an authoring program to make a dvd. The editor only makes a dvd-compliant video stream.

    Adobe's Authoring program is Adobe Encore.

    If you don't want anything really fancy your best best would be to go with one of the simpler programs like TMPGEnc DVD Author.

    If I remember correctly, Adobe site also has a bit of info on going from Prem pro to encore that might help you in making decision on which authoring sortware.
