I seem to have this problem where a lot of my PSP encodes introduce what can only be described as a smearing effect, leaving trails behind dark objects that move across light backgrounds. It's similar to the trails effect in GTA if that helps you visualise things.
Source files are 720x576 MPEG2 Vob files at PAL25fps
Any way of minimising this as it's really distracting?
