I have an idx and sub file which contains subtitles in three different languages. I would like to leave just the english subtitles in the idx/sub file and remove the other two languages. I would also like to change the colour of the remaining english subtitles. The idx/sub file is to be used for encoding permanent subtiles into an avi file using virtualdubmod in the subtitle colour of my choice. At the moment virtualdubmod uses the first subtitle stream that it came across which happened to be spanish and the default yellow subtitles!! Can anyone help me out with this please?

Hi-
To remove the 2 languages you don't want, open the IDX in VobSubStrip and remove the other 2. To change the colors, one way is to open the IDX in VobSub Configure (included as part of the VobSub package), check the "Custom Colors" box, click on the color, and change it to whatever you want.
You can find VobSubStrip here:
