we neeed more information!
what is you capture device?
what tool(s) are you using?
are you capturing in pal and want to convert to ntsc? or capturing in ntsc? -
My movie software is Magix Movies on 2.0 cd & dvd . i can transfer video
in Pal okay at 25 frames a second , but i would like to know the correct
settings for ntsc i.e. the correct bit or bite rate and should i set the video
quality to video quality or should it be custom quality for best results.
what settings would most users set for the ntsc format ?. -
Everything is the same for NTSC except the frame rate is 29.97 fps, and the vertical height of the frame should be 480 or 240.
