    Hello People,

I am thinking to switch from storing my DVD backups in Jewel Cases to CD Sleeves made of paper (sometimes called Envelopes). Probably without window so I can print an INFO on them with my laser printer.

What do you think? Are paper CD Sleeves safe?

    TIA,

I think they are safer when moving around alot like shipping them. . Both both work great for saving.

  3. I think it's safe, but one thing, don't use sleeves with windows with your laser printer or the plastic window will melt.

Not only will it melt, but it will melt onto the fuser roller, leaving you with a laser printer in need of repair.

    oh, absolutely not,

I understand. Thats why i said "probably without window". Btw, I didn't know they are relatively rare than just regular with the window.
