avi2dvd cutting svcd's short

The last 2 times i have tried making an svcd avi2dvd has cut the encoding short, the first time was on planet of the apes which cut hte last 5 minutes and the latest one was Score which cut about 20 minutes off the end...i don't know why it keeps doing this, when it's done it comes up with a box that something about overlay problems at certain frames. Know of anyway to fix this?

make sure your ripping proggie removes the multi-angles from the vobs. best and easiest way to do this is use smartripper under "movie mode"
