I've used ffmpegx a couple of times to covert VIDEO_TS files and VOB files but for some reason when I hit the encode button now it converts the file in litterally less than a second and the file it creates doesn't play as its a blank file. I have no idea what happened as I didn't change any settings. Please help...

    - Converting from, or to VIDEO_TS files and VOB files, to or from what format?
    - Usually, the process log () holds some clues to what went wrong.

Your VIDEO_TS folder has two DVD titles. Possibly the second is the one you want converted, but the first one gets tried unsuccesfully. Maybe the first title is a 1-frame title like a menu?

No sound and 1 frame seems to confirm that the wrong part of your source material gets processed here.

I would suggest to try MTR to get a (one) title-only extraction to feed to ffmpegX.
