    I have downloaded my minidv videos to my pc,
    but they are in ntsc format.
    Here in Argentina uses pal. I need an easy app
    to transform them and then put it in a dvd.

    have you tried play any ntsc? many new dvd players,tvs supports it.

    I use DVD Santa. Very easy to convert and never a problem.
