    What type of videos (AVI / MPEG / WMV) ?

    Are you joining just for PC playback, or will you convert to VCD/SVCD/DVD ?

    This is the best
    If in doubt, Google it.

    Not recommended. Let your authoring program do it when you create your DVD. It should play seamlessly.

    Okay. I use Ulead DVD Workshop. How do I actually get them to join though with that? Is there a guide somewhere? I know how to add video, but I never did any joining inside of it. :P

    Check out the online manual for dvd WS2 here;

    http://ftp.ulead.com/pub/Manual/workshop2/dws2_manual.zip

    Page 63 outlines joining clips. Good luck. I have, however found WS2 very buggy and tempermental for my taste.

    thanks . I haven't had a problem with it as of yet.

    EDIT: for some reason Workshop is not detecting all the video files, only one at a time. I can't join if it's not showing all the clips in the SCENES box.

    I hope you're not depending on someone here to give the answers to you on a silver platter.

    As mentioned almost a week ago, most authoring programs should do this on their ear. TMPGEnc DVD Author (30 day fuilly functional free trial) is one such program, and is very newbie friendly.
    If in doubt, Google it.
