    I do alot of video editing. I do not play games alot, so don't need anything fancy in that area. Besides ATI Radeon what are the names I should be looking for? I want a 128mb at or a little over $100, less if that's even possible to find nowadays. I checked newegg and could not find any 128mb around in my price range. I also need it to be PCI or PCI Express. thanks in advance for suggestions.

    you dont really need a high end video card for video editing.. its more reliant upon cpu power (and to a lesser extent, memory & hard drive space)..

    you dont really need a "video game" video card.. it's not going to help out your video editing, your ati radeon 7500 (64mb, right?) is more than enough..

    looking at your computer details, one thing you should really consider is upgrading your memory.. 256mb isnt much..

    if you're looking for a way to speed up your computer & spend roughly $100, buy this;

    You do realize PCI express is totally different than PCI? PCI-E is a replacement for AGP cards and is not backwards compatible. You would need a PCI-E compatible motherboard.

    If you have a AGP motherboard, then you would need a PCI videocard if you want to add another video card.

    And the video card itself has almost no bearing on editing. It is only for viewing, or if it's a capture card, for capturing.

    If you don't need a separate capture card, then replace your AGP video card. There are many AGP cards with the Nvidia or ATI chipset for about $100US or less.

    I agree with Lumis. You would be better off buying more RAM for that machine to increase it's prowess. With the money left over after that purchase you might want to pick up a 128MB Radeon x300. NewEgg has one for $45.
