DVD menu to JPEG

Is it possible to take the menu from a DVD and covert to a JPEG with the same resolution as the menu. It sounds possible but I can't find any information as usch to confirm this or how to go about doing this. Any info welcome.

Load the menu VOB in VirtualDubMod, and save a frame, I think.

Cheers, I'm on a university computer at the moment so will give that a go when back home. Also is it possible to extract the audio from the menu using virtualdub.

Yes, use the same app. Snapshot function is under the Video menu, Snapshot source frame. It will save as bmp, tga or png, but you can always convert to jpg later.
To extract audio, Open the Streams list under Streams. You can either demux (you get the audio in the format it is) or save as wav.
